After all, they demand a great deal from their bodies as a means by which to achieve their varied and often rigorous athletic goals. Still, this is not to say that just because one is an athlete that one heeds either the legal and dangerous aspects of obtaining an artificial – albeit optimal – performance. As a means by which to overcome the inherent setbacks that come with size, the writer discusses how athletes have been known to take human growth hormone supplements; believing that the benefits of enhanced performance will outweigh the related issues with health and sportsmanship, the sports world has become inundated with the use of a very questionable dietary addition.
