Charles Murray's 'Affirmative Racism' / An Analysis

This 6 page essay analyzes Murray's article and argues to support his comments. Anti-discrimination laws in employment and higher education admissions with their resultant lawsuits have resulted in the very thing they intended to eliminate -- racism but a different form of racism. The writer agrees with Murray that racism of any kind, is destructive to all involved.
